Doing Well and Doing Good

Are you yearning for something that makes a difference in your community?

Chances are, you chose your career based on how best to support your family. But now that you’re financially stable and gained life perspective, you’re probably looking to branch out and choose something that better aligns with your beliefs.

If so, why not join the many “do gooders” who have become owners of one of our dryer vent franchises and open a Dryer Vent Wizard of your own?

It goes hand-in-hand with the “service” part of their franchise. For example, a moving franchise donated two meals for every completed hauling job to a worldwide children’s food charity.  A haircut franchise was part of the “Help a Hero” scholarship campaign, which provides scholarships to current service members and veterans. The owner of a senior service franchise in Louisiana created a campaign to help raise money for flood victims.

And those are just three, a very small percentage of the work franchises do to give back to the communities they serve. Start one of our home-based franchises and that soon could be you!

Dryer Vent Wizard partners with a major charitable foundation.

Children's Burn Foundation logoAs one of our franchisees, you will be able to help the Children’s Burn Foundation, which offers access to psychological and medical treatment for children who have been injured by fire. The charity also provides fire safety and prevention education to children, parents and caregivers.

Dryer Vent Wizard franchisees help raise funds for the non-profit and also spread the word about accumulated dryer lint’s fire hazard.

The actual service you provide saves lives.

As the owner of one of a Dryer Vent Wizard, you will help keep your neighbors and community members safe just by offering your services: lint is highly combustible, and if left to accumulate in a dryer’s vent? Just a small spark can cause considerable fire/smoke damage to the home as well as possible injury or even death.

Even homeowners who routinely clean their dryer’s vents don’t get all the lint because small pieces routinely move into inaccessible parts of the dryer’s tubing and wall connection, accumulating over time.

Clogged dryer vents also slow down clothes drying, eventually preventing the clothes from drying at all. A clean vent can save a homeowner between $18 to $25 on her energy bill.

Do good while you do well.

Dryer Vent Wizard’s low-investment franchises can open a whole new world of freedom and financial success for you.
